Student Data and Assessment Policy
This is placeholder policy language provided for transparency while Corp Kavach prepares its founding pilot cohorts. It is not legal advice and will be finalised following legal review.
Consent first
Students participate in assessments and evidence creation only with informed consent. Consent explains what is collected, how it is assessed and who may see it.
Student-controlled evidence
The Student Work Passport is a student-controlled record of completed Work Trials, work samples, assessment results and feedback. There is no public profile by default and no searchable student directory.
Employer access
Employer access to student evidence is permission-based. Students may grant access and may revoke it at any time.
Data minimisation
We collect only the data required to deliver and assess the programme. We do not collect unnecessary student data through this website.
Retention, correction and deletion
Assessment records are retained for a defined period agreed with the participating college. Students may request correction or deletion of their records by writing to contact@corpkavach.com.
Limits of assessment
Assessment results describe demonstrated performance in defined simulated work tasks and observed behaviours. They are not scientifically validated employment predictions.
